Our services involve professional time, expertise, and analysis. Once work has started, resources are allocated to your project; therefore, refunds are limited as outlined below.
Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:
- If the project has not yet been started, a full or partial refund may be issued at our discretion
- If Build Estimation is unable to deliver the agreed services due to internal reasons
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Work has already commenced or been completed
- Estimates have been delivered to the client
- Delays or issues caused by incomplete, unclear, or incorrect information provided by the client
- Changes in project scope, drawings, or specifications after work has begun
- Dissatisfaction based on differences between estimated and actual construction costs
Revisions Instead of Refunds
If you are not satisfied with the initial estimate due to reasonable concerns, we offer revisions based on the original scope at no additional charge, subject to our revision policy.
Cancellation Policy
- Clients may request cancellation before work begins
- Once estimation work has started, cancellation does not qualify for a refund
Payment Disputes
